Plants from a similar habitat in Williamstown have been identified as V. persica (Pamella Weatherby, 1987, lawn near Sweetbrook Rd., preserved at NHA), but we believe that was also V. filiformis due to shape of leaf teeth (crenate vs. acute teeth in V. persica).
