All of the trees we found in 2006 on Hancock Hill slope appeared
to belong to the same generation and displayed the same weak
growing pattern, except some few that reached the height of 7-8 m. One was
even taller than that! Of course, it was not anything like its kin on the western
coast that can grow to 100 m, yet its estimated height was 12 m, and the
diameter (DBH) 15 cm.
