On one of those warm and pleasant autumn days we made a surprising discovery. A mysterious bright yellow stripe visible right from the shore appeared around one of the islets in the reservoir. This place had become rather familiar to us during the summer, and we could swear that we had never seen there anything like that! We were bending our minds to figure out what could burst into such a wild bloom all of a sudden in the middle of the fall. We could not resist the temptation and swam right to the islet, though the October water was quite cool... Photo credit Luba Batuner
